This page explains how to ask us to remove content on Sevaz that infringes your copyright or misuses your photo, and how we handle those requests.

1. Our position

We respect intellectual property and personal image rights, and we expect everyone on Sevaz to do the same.

Sevaz is a dating service where users upload their own profile photos and other content. We host that content; we do not create it. When we receive a valid report that content infringes someone's rights, we act on it through the notice-and-takedown process described below.

Only upload content that you have the right to use. Do not upload photos or other content that belong to someone else, do not use other people's photos, and do not impersonate anyone.

2. If your copyright or your photo is being misused

If someone has uploaded content that infringes your copyright, or is using your photo without your permission, you can ask us to remove it. This applies whether you are the copyright owner of the content or the photo is of you.

3. How to send a takedown request

Send your request through the /support command in @sevaz_dating_bot. To help us act quickly, please include:

• Which content you are reporting — the profile or specific photo, with enough detail for us to find it;
• Your relationship to it — that you own the copyright, or that the photo is of you;
• A statement that the content is being used without your permission; and
• How we can reach you back in Telegram.

4. What we do

We review takedown requests promptly. If the content clearly infringes your rights or misuses your photo, we remove it. Depending on the case, we may also limit the visibility of the account that uploaded it (shadow-ban) or ban that account.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload other people's content, or repeatedly misuse other people's photos, are terminated.

6. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake — for example, because the content is yours or you have the right to use it — you can respond through /support in @sevaz_dating_bot. Explain why you believe the removal was an error, and we will review it.
