Sevaz — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Sevaz is a dating service offered through our Telegram bot (@sevaz_dating_bot), our Mini App, and our website (sevaz.app). By using Sevaz, or by tapping "I agree," you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. Together these form the agreement between you and the Sevaz team ("Sevaz," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use Sevaz.

2. Eligibility

Sevaz is strictly for adults. By using Sevaz, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are legally able to enter into a binding contract;
• you will hold only one account; and
• the information you provide about yourself is accurate and truthful.

We may close any account that does not meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You access Sevaz through your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens through it. Do not share your access with anyone else. If you believe someone has used your account without permission, tell us right away through /support in @sevaz_dating_bot.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Sevaz is a place to meet people respectfully. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully, or abuse anyone;
• post hateful content or attack people for who they are;
• run scams, solicit money, or mislead other users;
• send spam, advertising, or promotional messages;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are;
• share other people's private information or photos without their consent;
• post nudity or sexual content;
• post violent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content;
• and, absolutely and without exception, post or share any content that involves minors.

Any content that sexualizes or endangers a minor is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. For more detail on what is and isn't allowed, see our Community Guidelines.

5. Content You Post

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post on Sevaz. By posting it, you give Sevaz a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share that content within the service so we can operate it (for example, showing your profile to other users). You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not break these Terms or anyone else's rights.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Sevaz offers paid features, including a Premium subscription, superlikes, and gifts. These are purchased through Telegram Stars or Stripe, which process payments on our behalf. Where a subscription renews automatically, we will make that clear before you buy, and you can turn off renewal. Refunds and subscription management are governed by our separate Refund & Subscription Policy.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

We want Sevaz to be safe. Uploaded photos are automatically screened (using AI) for nudity and signs that the person may be underage. Users can report others, and our team reviews those reports. Where our rules are broken, we may remove content, limit an account's visibility (shadow-ban), suspend an account, or terminate it — depending on how serious the violation is.

8. Safety & No Background Checks

Please read this carefully. Sevaz does not verify users' identities, does not run background checks, and does not check anyone's criminal history. We cannot confirm that people are who they say they are. You are responsible for your own safety. Use good judgment, meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and stop any interaction that feels wrong. See our safety guidance for more tips.

9. Disclaimers

Sevaz is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Sevaz is an intermediary that helps people meet — we are not a party to any relationship or interaction between users. We are not responsible for users' conduct, for the accuracy of profiles, or for anything that happens outside the bot, including offline meetings. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sevaz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising out of your interactions with other users, whether online or offline. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

If your misuse of Sevaz — or your breach of these Terms — causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result. This applies only to matters within your control.

12. Termination

You may stop using Sevaz at any time, and you can delete your account directly in the bot. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. Some provisions — such as content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after your account ends.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will let you know through the bot or by other reasonable means and update the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to use Sevaz after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For users in Turkey, we respect the data-protection rights provided under KVKK. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Azerbaijan, unless the law that applies to you requires otherwise.
