Sevaz — Refund & Subscription Policy

This Refund & Subscription Policy explains what you can buy in Sevaz, how billing and subscriptions work, and when you can get a refund. Sevaz is a dating service provided through a Telegram bot at sevaz.app, operated by the Sevaz team ("we", "us", "our"). By making a purchase you agree to this Policy.
If anything in this Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, that law prevails.
1. What you can buy
Sevaz offers the following paid digital items:
- Premium subscription — unlocks additional features for a set period. Where offered, Premium may renew automatically (see Section 3).
- Superlikes — a consumable pack of superlikes that you spend inside the bot.
- Gifts — consumable virtual gifts you can send to other users.
All of these are digital goods delivered instantly to your account. Consumable items (superlikes, gifts) are used up when you use them.
You can pay using:
- Telegram Stars — processed by Telegram.
- Stripe — card payment, processed by Stripe.
Sevaz does not store your card details. Card data is handled by Stripe; Telegram Stars payments are handled by Telegram.
2. Prices & billing
- Prices are shown in the bot before you confirm a purchase. You always see the price and what you are buying before you pay.
- Depending on the payment method and your region, prices may be displayed in Telegram Stars or in a local or other currency.
- The payment itself is processed by Telegram (for Telegram Stars) or Stripe (for card payments), under their own terms. Applicable taxes may be added or included depending on your location.
- Your purchase is normally delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
3. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
- If you buy a Premium subscription that is offered on a recurring basis, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly) at the then-current price, using the same payment method, until you cancel.
- We charge the renewal at the start of each new period unless you have cancelled before the renewal date.
- How to cancel:
- For subscriptions paid with Telegram Stars, manage or cancel the subscription in Telegram (in the bot's payment/subscription settings within Telegram), or contact us via /support.
- For subscriptions paid with Stripe, cancel using the management link or settings provided at purchase or in the bot, or contact us via /support in @sevaz_dating_bot and we will help you.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Refunds
General rule. Purchases in Sevaz are digital goods that are delivered immediately, and consumable items are used up when used. For this reason, refunds are limited, and by purchasing you acknowledge that delivery begins right away.
We will refund (or otherwise put things right) in genuine cases such as:
- Non-delivery — you were charged but the item was not delivered to your account.
- Duplicate or accidental charge — you were charged more than once for the same item, or made a clear accidental purchase that you have not used.
- Technical failure — a technical error on our side meant you did not receive what you paid for, or the item did not work as described.
We generally will not refund simply because you changed your mind after an item was delivered, or for consumable items (superlikes, gifts) that have already been used.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws that apply to you. Where such rights apply, we honour them.
Telegram Stars. For purchases made with Telegram Stars, Telegram's own refund rules and process may also apply, and some refunds may need to be handled through Telegram. We will help you wherever we can.
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. The time to receive the money depends on Telegram, Stripe, or your bank.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a problem, contact us:
- In the bot @sevaz_dating_bot, or
- via the /support command.
Please include:
- Your Telegram username or account ID,
- What you bought (Premium / superlikes / gifts) and the date,
- The payment method (Telegram Stars or Stripe),
- Any receipt, transaction ID, or screenshot,
- A short description of the problem.
We aim to respond within a few business days and to resolve valid requests promptly.
6. Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first via /support in @sevaz_dating_bot — we can usually fix the problem or arrange a refund faster than a chargeback. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider before contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
